Your garage floor, revived in one day.

We grind, seal, and coat bare concrete into a durable, decorative floor with a full flake broadcast and a UV-stable urethane topcoat. A local two-person crew installs it start to finish, in a single day.

Why It's Different

The owner used to spec floors for a living.

Before starting Garage Revival, our owner worked as an engineer for a major national resinous flooring company, specifying coating systems for warehouse and manufacturing floors that see forklift traffic and chemical spills every day. He learned mil thickness, mix ratios, surface profile, and cure chemistry on that job, not from a weekend course, and was formerly certified as a Concrete Coating Inspector (CCI). Most garage floor installers pick up flake application on the job with no formal background behind it. Our owner already had the engineering behind him before he ever coated a garage.

01

An Engineer's Standards

We apply the same surface profile, mil thickness, and cure schedule discipline we used on commercial floors, just scaled down to your garage instead of a warehouse.

02

Ask Us Anything and We'll Answer It

Why grind instead of acid-etch? Why does the base coat matter as much as the topcoat? Ask, and you'll get a real answer, not a sales script.

03

The Numbers

Independent lab testing backs our coverage rates, adhesion strength, and cure times, not just our word. See the full breakdown below.

The System

Three layers built for daily wear.

Every floor gets the same commercial-grade build. No shortcuts, no store-bought paint kits. We diamond-grind the floor to open the concrete before anything goes down, so each layer bonds instead of sitting on top.

01

Vapor-Barrier Epoxy Base

A moisture-mitigating epoxy base coat goes down first, applied to the freshly ground concrete profile. It manages moisture vapor coming up through the slab so the system stays bonded for the long haul, not just the first season.

02

Full Flake Broadcast

We broadcast color flake into the wet base coat to full refusal, saturating the floor until it won't accept another flake. That gives the finished floor its texture, hides day-to-day dirt, and adds slip resistance.

03

UV-Stable Urethane Topcoat

A high-solids polyaspartic urethane topcoat seals everything in. It won't yellow under UV light the way standard epoxy topcoats do, and it stands up to hot tires, road salt, and daily traffic.

Pricing, Explained

Two garages can look almost identical and cost thousands apart.

That's not a sales tactic. It's what the job actually requires. A price should reflect what's really underneath your car. Here's what actually moves the number:

01

Surface Prep

Diamond grinding opens the concrete for a real bond. Skipping it, or using a cheap acid etch instead, causes most early coating failures.

02

Moisture

Slabs vary in how much vapor they push up from the soil below. Moisture usually leaves visible signs on the surface, like dark staining or a chalky white residue. Our standard base coat already includes moisture mitigation, but more moisture raises the risk and can increase the price.

03

Repair Needs

Cracks, pitting, or spalled concrete need repair before anything goes down. Coating over damage only hides it temporarily.

04

Material Quality

Commercial-grade epoxy and urethane cost more than a big-box DIY kit for a reason: they're built to actually last.

05

Floor Condition

Existing coatings, staining, or clutter change the scope. That's why our estimate tool reads your actual floor instead of guessing.

That's exactly why we built our estimate tool this way. Upload a photo, and it reads your floor's real condition instead of guessing a flat number. The price you see already accounts for what your garage actually needs.

Flake Colors

Pick your blend.

Fourteen broadcast flake blends, from quiet neutrals to blends with a pop of color. Pick the tone that fits your space, and we'll confirm the exact blend at your walkthrough.

Service Area

Based in Morris and Sussex Counties. Local, and it shows.

We're not commuting in from another county, so you get a faster estimate turnaround, and we don't add a travel premium to your price. We also serve neighboring Passaic County.

Before You Hire Anyone

The real risk isn't the price. It's hiring the wrong company.

Garage floor coating has good installers and bad ones, same as any trade. The wrong hire doesn't just cost money. It costs you a floor you have to live with.

  • Coatings that peel or bubble within a year from skipped surface prep
  • Vague, verbal pricing that changes once the crew shows up
  • Warranty claims that quietly go unanswered
  • A crew you can't reach once the deposit clears

We built our estimate tool to be the opposite of that. It gives you a real read of your floor, a price you can see before we ever meet, and the technical reasoning behind it on our science page, not a number pulled from thin air on your driveway.
